BionicsMY website provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using this site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to fully with these terms and conditions.

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings: - “BionicsMY” means Bionics Sciences Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 864946-D); “BionicsMY Rewards” means BionicsMY loyalty program; “Member” or “Members” means individual(s) who has been accepted by BionicsMY as participating member(s) of the Program in accordance to the Terms & Conditions set forth herein; “Dealer” or “Dealers” means the authorized distributor(s) or reseller(s) of BionicsMY products; “Point” or “Points” means the point(s) awarded to Members for purchases and redemption of Rewards at the participating Dealers; “Website” means the website owned and operated by Bionics Sciences Sdn. Bhd. In relation to the Reward and located at www.bionics.com.my or at such other domain name registered by BionicsMY.

BionicsMY reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and from time to time as it deems fit at its absolute discretion and without prior notification to Members. Earning or redeeming Points by Members will constitute acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. Failure to observe the Terms & Conditions stated herein by a Member may result in termination of BionicsMY Rewards.

1. Products and Services

The products and services available on the Site, including any samples that are provided, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products, services, or samples that you purchase or receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any redemptions that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. If a registered member does not comply or violates the terms and conditions in any way, we reserve the right to cancel the account with or without notice.

All Members are required to complete their personal information in order to enjoy BionicsMY Rewards. When filling up your personal information, you are responsible for maintaining all of your information confidential including your username and password. Your are responsible for keeping such information up to date. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. If you are accessing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site or Content resulting from such access or use. You may cancel your account with us at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interest to do so.

6. Points and Rewards

Points can be accumulated with participation of campaigns or activities organized by BionicsMY. All accumulated points are lifetime points and will not expired. Accumulated points can be used to redeem BionicsMY products on the Site but are not exchangeable for cash. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or any points that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. All members are responsible for notification on their change of personal information to BionicsMY. BionicsMY will not be responsible for any loss of benefits, privileges, or results related to points due to any discrepancy in member’s information.

8. Review Submission Policy

We encourage members to review BionicsMY product on the sites. You must be a registered member to submit a user comment on the website. User reviews are subject to the following: Must be respectful of others and stay on relevant product. Do not submit anything illegal, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, defamatory, any material that would violate the law or the rights of others. Repeated posts in multiple places are not allowed. BionicsMY reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not BionicsMY, are responsible for the contents of any comments you submit.
